How often do you travel, and for what purpose?
Very often!! :) For the past 15 years I have been travelling to many tropical destinations for leisure and am currently living and working in Thailand.
What types of fitness routines do you follow while traveling?
This is my biggest travel mistake…I don’t have a fitness routine and I desperately miss having one! My goal is to do physical strength training three times per week and cardio as much as possible in daily activities.
What challenges do you face when trying to stay fit on the road?
Difficulty maintaining a healthy diet and lack of fitness equipment.
How do you adjust your nutrition while traveling to stay healthy?
I try to make healthy meal choice while still indulging in new foods and add eat more fresh fruit than ever before because it is so easily accessible and delicious!
Are there specific apps, gear, or resources you recommend for staying fit while traveling?
RMy only recommendation is find the time to do SOMETHING everyday, consistency is key :)
