Probably once a month, both.
What types of fitness routines do you follow while traveling?
Mostly a circuit if I can strength circuit + some cardio mixed in.
What challenges do you face when trying to stay fit on the road?
Finding time, workout space and motivation.
How do you adjust your nutrition while traveling to stay healthy?
I don't so probably not healthy 😬
