How often do you travel, and for what purpose?
MAs often as possible! Ideally going forward i will travel a quarter of the year!
What types of fitness routines do you follow while traveling?
Weight lifting and keeping up steps.
What challenges do you face when trying to stay fit on the road?
Getting distracted by the absolute magnitude of things to do, see and experience! It’s hard to keep yourself in a routine, outside of a routine!
How do you adjust your nutrition while traveling to stay healthy?
I try to choose nutritional options that include less creamy, low cal (high satiating) meals. I often take advantage of juices and coconuts (asia based!) and looove the tropical protein bowls and salads you can get anywhere! I try to taste the rainbow ;)
Are there specific apps, gear, or resources you recommend for staying fit while traveling?
Strava, but honestly - no. I like to be intune with my intuition and enjoy whats in front of me. Life is for living - keeping up a habit doesnt always need to be tracked, and thats the beauty of it. Once something is habitual, it’s intuition based and you know where you stand or how you feel. I like to focus on eating delicious high protein, keep an eye my steps are up and drink plenty of water!
